Bacon-Wrapped Crackers



Yield: 2 dozen

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 24 saltine crackers

 

Wrap a half slice of bacon around each cracker, overlapping ends. Place, seam side down, in a rack in a shallow roasting pan; back at 350 F for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
